Video About Nothing

Like Seinfeld, in this video, I tried a video about nothing basically, just chatting to the camera, training in the garage and trying a new anabolic recipe. This time the recipe was an anabolic pecan pie that was decadent and pretty caloric. As a result, I didn’t eat much beyond that on this day.

Anabolic Pecan Pie

Here is the anabolic pecan pie I made. It doesn’t have any pecans on it, but it had pecan extract and the filling tasted great. The recipe was created by Ethan Harold, you can see his recipe video here.

My pie came out ok, not pretty but it was great.

But I’ll typically try a new recipe every day or two to keep things interesting. There is so much creativity out there and exploring all the different ways to hit the same calories and protein targets everyday has been really fun in the last year or so. Video is below, go check it out.

Also, there is a page here where I collect all the recipes I make in one place for easy access. I’ll try to keep updating it as I make new recipes.

Training Footage

The training captured in this video included my daily 400 lunges up and down the driveway, plus a back training session that included barbell rows and chin ups. I’m running a 5 day modified push, pull, legs program at the moment. So, first day is push, then pull, then legs with squat focus. Day 4 is a combo of push and pull, then the fifth day is leg day with more of a deadlift focus.

Training has been going pretty well on this split I’ve been doing for the last 4-5 months. Next week I max out and then I’ll change things up and probably go back to 4 days a week full body.
